We ship to customers in the UK & Europe, and we aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs clearance. Once the order is dispatched, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. Returned jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Custom or personalised pieces are non-refundable unless defective.
