Our goal at Roca 2 Amantes is to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help and offer a straightforward refund process.

You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required. Please note that we do not offer refunds on custom-made or personalized items, perishable goods, services that have already been completed, or items bought on sale or clearance—unless they are defective or damaged.

To begin the refund process, contact us at roca2amantes@yahoo.com or call 07435446973 with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or a defective item). We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
